2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:

⇢ The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
⇢ The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
⇢ You have the original invoice or order confirmation
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
✘ Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
✘ Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
✘ Innerwear, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive products
✘ Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless received damaged or defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
⇢ Your order number
⇢ Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item
⇢ A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

3 . Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
4 . nce approved, we will share the return shipping address
5 . Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

5. Return Shipping
⇢ Damaged / Defective / Wrong items: Return shipping cost will be borne by Hojiva.com
⇢ Change of mind / Size exchange: Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

7. Exchange Policy
We offer size or colour exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

⇢ The item must meet the return eligibility criteria in Section 2
⇢ If the requested size/colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit
8. Cancellation Policy
◉ Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at hojivainfo@gmail.com or +91 99096 11165. A full refund will be issued.
◉ After Shipment:
⇢ Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
⇢ For Prepaid Orders cancelled before shipment: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
9. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable in all circumstances:
⇢ Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
⇢ Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fees.

Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details while placing an order. Hojiva.com will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
